What is Yoga and its benefits?
Why do Yoga?
Let's understand today.
Our body is a Store of Energy that we don't utilize to its fullest potential due to leakage of Energy through negativity, blaming, cribbing, constant pondering on the past, self-pity, jealousy, hatred, etc., etc.
Every time we are in a negative space, our energy balance drops; it may even go into deficit.
People Complete their deficit of Energy by watching constant television, by sleeping too much, or by involving in drugs or smoking or alcohol or junk food which gives pleasure and a sense of joy; but it's totally reversed, the energy deficit increases further, and they involve now, even more, to bring that pleasure/happiness which keeps pushing away from their life as they apply in these things more and more.
It's a trap, Energy keeps decreasing, and negative space keeps increasing. The strange part is people don't come to know how their sadness turns to depression, how their frustration becomes anger, and how their momentary pleasures become an addiction.
Now, the question is, do you want to get into this trap 🙄?
Ask Yourself, and answer honestly.
If you don't want to get into this trap, let's know what Yoga is and the different forms of asanas.
Asanas itself means anything which is Asana (easy, comfortable to do)
Every Asana has a different impact on body, mind, soul, and most importantly, Energy which connects all 3
The practice of Asana helps you to utilize your Energy to its fullest potential by opening up the pathway of Positive Energy, the Energy that nourishes you that uplifts you and others.
This type of Energy is tapped into by kindling your energy point's in the body (Chakras). Asanas activate the dormant Energy into productive Energy like being playful, enthusiastic, happy, and dynamic and help reduce stress.
It's all about Geometry; different asanas have different geometry, leading to further activation of Chakras.
Don't waste dormant Energy on momentary pleasure; use it for a bigger purpose by doing asanas.
Is this a good enough reason to start practicing asanas?
