Crunches for Melting Belly Fat

Probably, it sounds obvious to think that to burn belly fat, do exercises related to it. That's why this blog will help you understand what's the truth.

Body doesn't burn Energy selectively

Even if a person does 100 crunches daily without being in a calorie deficit, the Body will not cut down fat from anywhere.

Even if a person does 100 Squats without being in a calorie deficit Zone, the Body will not cut down fat from anywhere.

Even if a person does 100 Pushups without being in a calorie deficit Zone, the Body will not cut down fat from anywhere.

Same for every exercise

✅ You go in the calorie deficit Zone and see how even a chest workout will burn your abdominal (belly) fat

That's the beauty of the human Body.

It spends Energy as a unit without being biased.

😢How will you feel if someone treats you in a biased manner?

"Spot Reduction is the biggest myth."

Here is a fun fact: You can not make targeted reduction but gain muscle in the targeted area. You may have seen many people have a muscular upper body. Still, the lower Body looks like a child because they have been training only the upper Body, hence predominantly achieving muscles in the upper body. But this same concept can't be applied to fat reduction from a specific area.

Belly fat can seem to be tough fat to burn; yes, maybe it can be challenging at times due to more extensive adipose tissues deposits in the belly area, but the thing that will cut belly fat entirely is calorie deficit along with Functional Training to tighten the body muscles ( or let's say core muscles to be specific ).

At health lounges, we have dealt with 1000s of clients who lost 10kg, 15kg, etc. but struggle with belly fat. Belly fat that's why called tough fat. We can easily lose fat from the different body parts without knowing about calories. Still, the last few kgs become tough to lose if we are not aware of how much we are consuming and how much we are burning. As we reach that last few kgs, our approach must be more precise.
