A journey from EGO to SELF by practicing Yog & Meditation
Yogi makes things look beautiful; that's the power of it.
Isn't it?
The surroundings get lit up where yogis walk through their intense positive energy.
If you come in contact with the yogi, any form of negativity, like depressing thoughts, jealousy for others, etc., will be neutralized by their infinite positivity.
A yogi is the personification of the 7th dimension called "self."
Everyone doesn't reach this 7th dimension; people get stuck to the 6th layer called "ego."
Only a few people in billions have surpassed the "ego" to reach the ultimate dimension of "self," where there is no separation of you and the universe, you become dissolved, and everything seems one.
That's the power of a yogi, and you don't need to do yoga to become a yogi; your life situations and circumstances can make you a yogi, but that's a long path.
The short path is by following eight limbs of yoga or any particular form of yoga, as mentioned in Sutras.
"Ek tattva Abhayasa"- single-pointedness, choose one thing and put everything into it.
It can be anything; it can be your work, the thing you love doing, etc.
Become Ronaldo's, Dhonis of your life. What we mean is not to measure their financial success but to measure their skill.
They have developed their skill so strong through the art of single-pointedness
They do one thing entirely and don't jump from one thing to another.
That's a yogi, dissolved at the moment.
A yogi can be anyone - a shopkeeper, a housemaid, a carpenter, an auto-rickshaw driver, a cricketer, a government employee, a child, anyone who dissolves in their work thoroughly.
Note: A person fully dissolved in their art has pierced the 6th layer of "ego"
Ego is nothing good or bad; ego is the state when you are not entirely you, you deviate from centeredness, you are distracted in anything you do
That is ego, not what we have been taught or understood.
That's where 99% live life- in a bubble of EGO.
1% pierce the bubble and is a true Yogi
You will come to know when you meet a yogi in your life; that it can't go unnoticed; it's a potent energy.
Practise "Ek tatva Abhayasa"
The tool that will help you practice this is "meditation," which is just closing your eyes and sitting with yourself for a few minutes; whatever thoughts come, do not resist, and neither reacts to them is meditation. Within a few days, thoughts will be reduced, and you will be at ease with yourself. Every day, it needs to be done to achieve that "SELF."
