How do you attain Deep Health?


At Health Lounges, we believe Just doing a Workout or yoga or taking care of your Diet is one of the steps on the ladder 🪜


There are six steps in this Health ladder (not in any order)


1) Physical Health

2) Emotional Health

3) Mental Health

4) Relational Health

5) Existential Health

6) Environment Health





Now, the thing is, we have heard people saying, " You are looking fit; you are taking care of your Health."


Partially it's true


Just Physical attributes won't define how healthy a person is


But one thing is for sure, a person who looks physically fit has gathered a lot of mental and emotional toughness to reach physical Fitness.


You can't be physically healthy till you master Emotional and Mental Health.


It's not possible to look physically fit after you binge on chips, Chocolate, pizzas, and burgers out of emotional and mental disturbances.


So now you see, it all starts with a strong mindset 🧠, hence mental Health is Paramount and probably the 1st step on the ladder.


Once you are Mentally Healthy, you will be able to keep emotions in check ✅. Hence emotional Health is probably the 2nd step on the ladder.


Now once your both mental and emotional Health is in check, you will probably be in a better relational quotient with others, it may be your parents 👨‍👩‍👦, your partner 👫 , your friends, etc. Hence Relational Health will always be a consequence of Mental Health and Emotional Health. A disturbed😩 and restless mind cannot have strong relations in the community. Hence it's probably the 3rd step on the ladder.


Once you have control of all three steps of the ladder, there is a good chance you have an excellent positive Environment around you filled with Positivity😄 , energy, enthusiasm, and happiness.


Remember: A ill 😫mind will find everything sick.


A happy mind will always find happiness in everything.


Hence, your 1st three steps of the ladder are essential to creating a positive environmental space around you.


So probably, Environmental Health will be 4th step on the ladder.


When all these factors merge, you get the constant motivation to be physically fit, eat right, sleep enough, and move more.


Do you think you will eat right when two people are fighting in your family?


Do you think you will get enough sleep with a chattering disturbed mind?


Do you think you will find any motivation to go for Workout when you are burdened with the mental pressure of your office work?


That's why to reach the five steps of the ladder, that is, to be physically fit, you probably need to surpass all four stages.


And the unique part, if you have reached the 5th step, you have complete control of your existence, the ultimate 6th step of the ladder, "Existential Health."


To know about yourself, to understand why even I exist, you should be in absolute harmony at all five levels (5 stages)


Now all this could be explained from a yogic ancient science perspective too.


But we tried to take another route of Modern Science today.


Ultimately, Whichever Road you take to explain a concept, you will reach your destination.
