Do you need Supplements?
Are you eating supplements or thinking 🤔 about eating supplements?
We won't say what's wrong or good.
But definitely, we will guide you that the human body needs nothing except real food & actual sunlight.
Maybe you have certain deficiencies, so you are eating or have been recommended to eat those "pills."
Note: Health industry is a bi-faced
Some companies genuinely want to improve your health; some want to earn by selling you only quick solutions to your health problems.
Important: Please don't go for a quick fix because your nature of finding quick fixes is filling up their pockets without helping you fix your problem permanently.
Instead, fix the problem permanently. ( Yes, sometimes, in extreme cases supplement could be needed, and that's the real meaning of supplement, add on when needed in extreme conditions)
Have you ever wondered why so many people are vitamin & mineral deficient when we need it in only milligrams or micrograms?
Because the second brain 🧠 called the "gut," has become inefficient in absorbing nutrients. The absorption rate of nutrients declines if the gut becomes inefficient. The problem is not in food; the problem is in the gut. The solution is not in pills but the gut. Fix gut, fix deficiencies.
Your 1st brain is linked to your 2nd brain.
What goes on in your 1st brain has a total effect on your 2nd brain, called the gut.
Fact: The most inefficient gut will be of the most disturbed & restless mind, who lives in a bubble of complaining and blaming attitude, are sad, depressed, and have constant anxiety.
Why so?
Because of the nerves that go from your 1st brain to 2nd brain
Weaker the nerve endings, the weaker the signal of absorption of nutrients
A stressed mind (brain) has weaker nerves; hence, these people have the most deficiencies. Can a weak rope withstand heavy clothes for long enough?
No, right, someday that rope will break down due to its inefficiency in bearing the load.
Now tell us: Do you think just taking pills will nullify the effect? Work on Strengthening Nerves (here referred to as rope) so that you can absorb better.
What could be done to strengthen our gut?
We need to fix the root cause: stress; it can be induced in many ways, including physical, emotional, mental, environmental, financial, social, etc.
1st step is to figure out where stress is mainly coming from so we can work on it more.
There is no point working on environmental stress when actual stress is coming because of your feelings or emotions.

Work on the right things to get the right results. We can keep working on n number of problems our whole life and still be devoid of solutions because we have been working on the wrong problem; figuring out the problem area is a must to get the right direction. Working slowly in the right direction is far better than working fast in the wrong direction.
